No personal data generated or provided by the web service are disseminated or communicated to unauthorized subjects, with the exception of public interest requirements and requests from public authorities.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
By sending an email or a contact request, the Sofisport Company acquires the data that the interested party spontaneously provides in addition to the email address, name and surname. These data are processed for the sole purpose of relations with customers or potential customers and their escape of the demands. Once the purpose of service and relationship is exhausted.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is indicated in art. 6 letter b) GDPR and does not require explicit and separate consent.
DATA GENERATED BY ACCESS TO THE SITE
The software procedures and computer systems used to operate this site acquire some technical data whose transmission is silent in the Internet communication protocols. By way of example: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to make the site's features usable following user access.
DATA OBTAINED FROM CURRICULA SENT SPONTANEOUSLY VIA EMAIL
The personal data contained in the curricula sent to the Sofisport Company email address will be used only for the purpose of evaluating the candidates' profile and selecting them. Those are not sent to third parties or spread, are deleted after seven days if you do not intend to proceed with the interview, otherwise kept pending the selection and destroyed in the event of a negative result.
No personal user data are acquired by the site using cookies. These files are saved in the user's computer memory to facilitate subsequent access to our website. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and efficient site.
This site also uses performance cookies through the "Google Analytics" usage analysis service, in order to perform statistical surveys. Google Analytics is a free web analysis tool from Google that primarily allows website owners to understand how visitors interact with their websites. It also sets cookies on the domain of the site you are visiting. Analytics uses a series of cookies with names such as "__utma" and "__utmz" to collect information anonymously and report website trends without identifying individual visitors.

OPTIONALITY OF DATA PROVIDING
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide his personal data to request the sending of informative material or submit his application to professional positions. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the information requested or to evaluate the applications submitted.
HOW AND FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?
The data collected will be processed using electronic or in any case automated, IT and telematics tools, or through manual processing with logic, which is strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data are collected and in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. At the bottom of each type of data mentioned above, the storage times have already been indicated.
The data are not transmitted outside the EU.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The user/customer may exercise the rights provided for by the Privacy Law, including those of (i) obtaining confirmation from the owner of the existence of their personal data, (ii) having knowledge of the origin of the data as well as of the logic and purposes of the processing, (iii) obtain the identification details of the owner and managers, (iv) know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or agents, (v) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, if there is interest, integration of data and ( vi) oppose the processing in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons.
